Organisers and participants shared specialised knowledge and ideas related to the region of Lake Balaton and surroundings. The programme included plenary sessions, roundtable discussion and wine tasting, hosting more than 60 participants, representing a wide range of relevant fields, among which universities, wineries, students, policy-makers and tourism stakeholders.
